When you request an estimate, book an appointment, or send us a message, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, vehicle information, and descriptions of the damage. Our estimating and appointment tools are provided by third-party platforms, and the information you submit through them is handled under those platforms' own privacy practices as well as ours.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare estimates, schedule appointments, communicate about your repair, and process insurance claims on your behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages and mobile data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We only text customers who opted in by checking the unticked text-message box on our estimate or booking form, or who called or texted us first asking for repair updates. Texts cover your estimate and repair progress only; we do not send marketing blasts. Message frequency varies with your repair, up to 10 messages a month. Msg & data rates may apply.
