These terms cover use of this website, the estimate and booking tools on it, and the text message updates we send about your repair. Last updated October 2, 2026.
Estimates
Online estimates are preliminary. Damage is often hidden until teardown, so the final price can only be confirmed after an in-person inspection of your vehicle at our shop, 5851 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95841. A preliminary estimate is not a promise of final cost and does not reserve repair time.
Appointments and repairs
Booking an appointment holds a time slot for your inspection or repair. Please cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice by calling (916) 281-9449 so the slot can go to someone else. Repairs proceed once you approve the estimate. Payment terms and any warranty for completed work are set out on your repair order, which governs over anything written here.
SMS Terms: text message updates
Program: Quicksilver Collision Repair repair-status texts.
What you'll get: texts about your estimate and repair: when we receive your vehicle, when work starts, when repairs are done, when your vehicle is ready for pickup, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to calls or texts you started.
How you opt in: by checking the unticked text-message box on our estimate request or booking form, or by calling or texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or repair.
Frequency: varies with your repair's progress, up to 10 messages a month. We do not send marketing blasts.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and how text updates work.
